Hi, I am Som Roy

I’m a product designer with over four years at Microsoft, where I drove user experiences for key products.

On the SharePoint team, I contributed to Viva Connections, part of the Microsoft Viva Suite, aligning SharePoint news, Yammer posts, and Stream videos for a cohesive M365 Feed Experience.

Later, I led the Passwords and Autofill design charter in Microsoft Edge, collaborating with PMs and introducing Experience Reviews and UX Audits across teams.

Before Microsoft, I completed my graduation project at Google and hold a degree in Interaction Design from NID.

Outside of work, I enjoy coffee, being a plant parent, and street photography.

I’m now looking for the next exciting opportunity to solve problems at scale.
